Shipping policy

Our shipping times can be found at the top of each page of our website and also in your confirmation email.  If you have a date you need your order by, please put your event date in the notes so I can ensure that it arrives in time.  If your requested date is before our listed shipping timeline, please contact me prior to purchasing to discuss a rush order.  

All items are shipped with insurance to provide protection from loss or damages.  If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with pictures of the damage, including pictures of your shipping box.  I'm always happy to help troubleshoot any issues.
